Hi there. I am Ani, and I would be honored to work with you as your therapist. Since moving from Yerevan, Armenia over a decade ago, I have come to call Utah home. I have worked in mental health for over 8 years and am very passionate about providing compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive care. I aim to create a space for you to feel comfortable and authentically yourself. I have been fortunate to gain my experience working with a diverse array of individuals, couples (Gottman Level 3 training), non-profit, private practice, criminal justice system-specifically Utah State Prison and psychiatric hospital setting. My areas of special clinical interest include issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment issues, relationship issues, non-traditional relationships, high-performance and high-stress positions, substance use, women’s issues, men’s issues and more. I strive to be genuine and present in my work with you. My hope is to walk alongside you as you make the step to create a healthier self and healthier relationships.

Alex Oser, LCSW-Therapist
I am Alex, originally from California, I have come to Utah for the education and mountains, enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors. Having a passion for learning and never-ending curiosity, I have worked in county government with first responders for six years, in the state government with service members for the last three years, and in a private practice setting for the last five years. I am very collaborative in my approach, I emphasize a need to do work outside of session to encourage personal growth so that you can build the confidence to deal with life’s struggles without the need for weekly therapy. Often times, post trauma symptoms can manifest in difficulty in daily functioning and relationships. I support clients in creating healthy boundaries with themselves and others while promoting healthier relationships and more effective communication strategies. I have the most experience working with survivors of various traumas, such as sexual violence (assault/human trafficking), intimate partner violence, as well as my experience of working with service members, and/or veterans. Special interests include sex positive and non-traditional relationships, as well as working with first responders. As for my approach to therapy, I use a wide array of modalities in session, pulling guidance from Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment Therapies, as well as having completed Level 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
